The Chelo Project

"A stroke took my grandfather's ability to speak. So I built him a new voice — from scratch."

The Chelo Project is a communications device I designed, engineered, and built from the ground up — open hardware, custom firmware, and purpose-built software — for my grandfather after aphasia stole his voice. Every line of code, every circuit trace, every 3D-printed enclosure was made with one goal: give a man back his dignity.

This is the core of my engineering philosophy. I don't build technology for technology's sake. I build technology that meets people where they suffer. The Chelo Project is open-source — because solutions to human problems should never be locked behind a paywall.

agente.ceo — Commerce Without Exploitation

I'm leading the development, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy for agente.ceo — a conversational commerce platform that connects primary producers directly to businesses, eliminating the exploitative middlemen who have strangled Latin American agriculture for centuries.

The mission is simple but radical: sell produce at lower prices for buyers while paying producers more fairly. The technology was always the easy part. The hard part is dismantling a supply chain designed to extract from the people who do the actual work.

agente.ceo uses AI agents to handle the complexity of logistics, pricing, and matching — so a farmer in the Andes can sell directly to a restaurant in Lima without losing 60% of their revenue to three layers of intermediaries who add nothing but friction.

A Community, Not Just a Following

50,000+ followers across TikTok and Instagram isn't a vanity metric — it's a distribution channel. When I ship a tool, a platform, or an open-source project, it reaches tens of thousands of people instantly. This is the advantage most technical founders lack: I can build it and make the world care about it.

My content isn't dance trends. It's open-source activism, technical education, and the fight for digital sovereignty — translated into a language the next generation actually speaks. I use my privilege — studying in the US, living in Palo Alto — as a weapon against inequality. Not to feel good about myself. To arm the people back home.

From UNI to Palo Alto

I was born and raised in Peru. At the National Engineering University of Peru (UNI), I studied cybersecurity engineering alongside the poorest yet most intelligent people I have ever met. That contrast — brilliance trapped by circumstance — fuels everything I do. I achieved dual degrees in Finance and MIS from Florida State University at age 20. I am 21 now, and I am just getting started.

Born in Peru

Roots in Chilca

Family roots in Chilca, home of Yaya Beach. "Yaya" means heavenly father in Quechua — the name that roots my technology to my land and my origins. Yaya Tech PBC carries this name.

Early Days

Cybersecurity Engineering at UNI

National Engineering University of Peru. I met the poorest yet most intelligent people in my country. The contrast between their brilliance and their circumstances is the engine of my ambition. This is why I build.

Age 20

Dual Degrees — FSU (Finance + MIS)

Florida State University. Two degrees simultaneously. The academic system was a tool, not a destination. Verifiable here ↗

Self-hosted email for agents (and humans). Because communications infrastructure should be sovereign, not rented from Google.

The First Supercomputer in Peru

My dream is to bring the first supercomputer to Peru — to establish true digital sovereignty. A datacenter in Chilca, where my family roots are, where Yaya Beach is. "Yaya" means heavenly father in Quechua. That name roots my technology to my land and my origins. This is why my company is called Yaya Tech PBC.

🖥️

Supercomputer in Peru

The first supercomputer on Peruvian soil. Not imported as a trophy — built, operated, and owned by Peruvians. The compute power to train our own models, run our own simulations, and own our own AI.

🏭

Datacenter in Chilca

Located where my family roots are. Where Yaya Beach is. The land my ancestors walked. Technology rooted in place, not extracted from it. Chilca becomes the heartbeat of Peruvian compute.

🌱

Yaya Tech PBC

A Public Benefit Corporation — because the legal structure matters. Yaya Tech exists to serve the digital sovereignty of the developing world, not to maximize returns for distant shareholders. The name is Quechua. The mission is global.

🔓

Digital Sovereignty

Every nation deserves to own its compute, its data, its AI. The developing world cannot be digitally colonized by the same powers that colonized it physically. We build our own infrastructure — or we remain dependent forever.

📖

Open-Source Everything

"Somos Libres, Seamoslo Siempre" — Let us always be free. Every tool, every platform, every line of code I build is open-source. Because the tools of liberation should never be locked behind a paywall.

🤖

Decentralized AI

Through MIT NANDA, building the decentralized internet of agents. AI that serves people, not platforms. Agents that communicate peer-to-peer, bypassing the centralized gatekeepers who would own the future of intelligence.
